We use a blend of natural, zero-calorie sweeteners (like Erythritol or Stevia) combined with the natural sweetness of Chicory Root Fibre. These pass through the body without affecting insulin levels, giving you the sweet taste you crave without the metabolic cost.

Yes. Many of our customers with Type 2 Diabetes use our bars and cookies as a way to enjoy a treat while managing their condition. The high fibre and healthy fat content help to promote satiety and stable energy levels.

We focus on Net Impact Carbs (Total Carbs minus the carbohydrates from the chicory root fibre as these longer chain carbohydrates are not digested by the body), as this is what impacts blood sugar. Our snacks typically contain just 1.5-3g of Net Impact Carbs per serving, making them incredibly safe for low-carb and diabetic diets.

Real food ingredients! We use Golden Flaxseeds and Sunflower Seeds for crunch, and Real Butter (in our cookies) for that melt-in-the-mouth texture. We don't need sugar syrup to make a delicious bar.
