Shipping policy
Most UK orders are received within 2-3 working days, this can be longer during busier periods. For EU orders this can take longer.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. We will aim to get your order processed within 24 working hours. If placed by 12 noon Monday-Friday we will aim to get it sent out the same day. If you wish to make any changes to your shipping address please contact us ASAP.
- UK Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped to you. All shipping is tracked and deliver can take 2-3 working days. A tracking link will be sent to your email/sms when we ship your order.

SHIPPING RATES
- FREE UK SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £30: For UK orders (including Northern Ireland) we offer free shipping on all orders over £30, excluding sample product offers. We charge £3.99 for UK delivery on orders below £30.
- €3.95 EU Shipping - Standard shipping is €3.95 per order. We can now ship orders placed in the EU from our stock held in Germany. Please ensure you select your Country from the Country Selector on our site.
- Elsewhere in the world - We can ship internationally to the rest of the world and you can view the shipping costs when you proceed to checkout. If the country is not listed please do get in touch hello@ketocollective.co.uk and we can provide the shipping cost details.
