Most UK orders are received within 1-2 working days, this can be longer during busier periods 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. We will aim to get your order processed within 24 hours.  If placed by 12 noon Monday-Friday we will aim to get it sent out the same day.   
• UK Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped to you. For UK orders up to 3 boxes we use Royal Mail First Class which can take 1-2 working days. For orders 4 boxes and more we will use courier next day delivery. 

 

SHIPPING RATES

• FREE UK SHIPPING: For UK orders (including Northern Ireland) we offer free shipping on all orders, excluding sample product offers.

• €3.95 EU Shipping - Standard shipping is €3.95 per order. We can now ship orders placed in the EU from our stock held in Germany.  Please ensure you select your Country from the Country Selector on our site.

• Elsewhere in the world - We can ship internationally to the rest of the world and you can view the shipping costs when you proceed to checkout. If the country is not listed please do get in touch hello@ketocollective.co.uk and we can provide the shipping cost details.
